Floto Repair Service

Please find our Repair and Warranty instructions below. As always, please email customerservice@floto.com if you need additional assistance with a Floto product you have received.

Repair Instructions:

Within 1 Year of Purchase: If you purchased your bag directly from Floto and live in the U.S. you are entitled to a free UPS shipping label. We do not cover free repair shipping for international orders so please consider this before purchasing if you live abroad. To qualify for a free repair you must provide a valid Floto order number. Please email customerservice@floto.com to request a free repair UPS label and send your item with the Floto Repair Form and Instructions.

Over 1 Year of Purchase:  Floto products are guaranteed for their natural life to be free of manufacturing defects.  Our limited lifetime warranty does not include stains, rips and damage from abuse or airline handling damage.  Our warrantee covers defective hardware, defective stitching, and defective zippers. If your item should require repair after 1 year we offer a repair service. The cost of the repair service is $25 for shipping, processing, and handling. To request repair, please send your item with the Floto Repair Form and Instructions.

Strap Repair Instructions:

If you have a broken Floto strap we can fix if for free if you send it to us.  Please print off the Strap Repair Form and Instructions.

If your strap is well worn and you want to consider purchasing a new strap you can shop our selection of standard and specialty straps.
