To our Floto customers and family,

First, I hope that you and your family are physically and emotionally well from the COVID-19 virus.  In this unprecedented time the economic effects of this epidemic are rapidly evolving. At Floto we are committed to maintaining service to our customers while prioritizing the health and well-being of our employees.
 
I'm pleased to share that at this time there are no major disruptions to our company.  We are taking every precaution on safety and cleanliness with everything we ship to protect our team and remain open.  Our customer service center also remains open and we are available with any questions you have via email or phone.  
 
Pre-Orders – if you ordered something that is out of stock please anticipate delays.  The March shipment arrival window is now extended until the end of May.  If you are on the backorder list for something and need to cancel because of the timing please contact us so we can help you.
 
Unfortunately, we have had to temporarily suspend our warranty / repair shop operation.  We hope to get this back up and running as soon as possible.
 
These are challenging times, but together we will get through  them and persevere.  This month I am going to donate a percentage of our proceeds to the organization No Kid Hungry.  Millions of children are losing meals that they depend on as coronavirus closes schools across the county.  With the assistance of private and corporate donations No Kid Hungry has a plan to help end child hunger in America by providing these much needed meals.  You can find out more about this organization and donate yourself - click here >
